In the new storefront, further functions were implemented in the Quotes and Collections sections.
Note: With the completed transition of all B2B portals to the new storefront, all Release Notes concerning the B2B Suite are now listed under the "Digital Sales" heading.
Digital Sales
- Users of the quote function now have the option of expanding and collapsing the chat in the guest area. If the window size is small, for example on mobile devices, the panel is automatically collapsed.
- For B2B quotes, an employee of the portal can be selected.
- Optional items are now displayed in quotes and can be selected and deselected. If allowed by the operator, the number of an optional product can be changed.
- Order approvers without admin rights can see all orders to release them.
- Portal users can submit a request with a selection of products.
- Portal users can add an order that has already been placed to the shopping cart again.
- Collections can be assigned to colleagues. In the collection overview, it is then possible to filter according to the assigned person.
