Borken/Karlsruhe, April 3, 2024 - As two established names in the ICT sector, the netgo group and ITscope have shown how future-oriented cooperation works. In just three months, the two industry giants have realized a remarkably successful partnership: The B2B shops that netgo has implemented for its customers using the ITscope Sales solution are already generating sales in the millions.
Strong partnership in exceptional circumstances
netgo and ITscope came together at very short notice: netgo wanted to provide its customers with new e-commerce portals as early as January, and as a specialist for system houses and IT service providers, ITscope was the ideal partner. The goal was clear, the timeframe demanding: within less than three months, a large number of netgo customers should be able to place orders via a customized B2B shop. The challenge was also an opportunity: both parties focused on the essential requirements and pulled in the same direction. "Despite the tight timeframe, we were able to successfully implement the project - thanks to the teamwork between ITscope and netgo," emphasizes Oliver Mauss, CEO of netgo.
Customized solutions increase external sales
Benjamin Mund, CEO and co-founder of ITscope, is also proud of this achievement: "Within a very short period of time, we have launched over 100 individual shopping portals with customized product ranges, individual branding, specific prices and conditions, as well as over 30 punchout integrations," he reveals. "We have successfully integrated leading e-procurement systems, including SAP HANA, SAP Ariba, Coupa, Meplato, Mercateo, Onventis and WPS."
Positive response across customer base
January proved to be an ideal launch month, allowing netgo to gradually introduce its customers to the new system and provide support where needed. Thanks to the fast and customized implementation customer loyalty was fully maintained during the transition to the new business portal. "The intuitive interface of the B2B shops has been very well received by existing and new customers, and we have also provided individual support for the smooth integration of our partner companies," says Oliver Mauss.
Setting the course for the future
Looking to the future, netgo and ITscope are already planning steps to further improve communication and interaction with customers. The plan is to integrate ITscope into netgo's digital procurement platform, Centralhub, to provide a seamless experience. "This strategic decision is a win-win situation for both companies, as it will allow netgo to respond even better to customer customization requests without ITscope having to intervene," explains Benjamin Mund. This cooperation redefines success in the ICT channel and paves the way for many years of fruitful cooperation.
