One of the most exciting new features of the ITscope quotes is the enquiry option for end customers. After accepting a quote, the customer has the option of registering in the quote portal. This gives them the opportunity to call up a quote history and send you quote requests directly. These enquiries are automatically created as draft status quotes on ITscope and you receive an email notification about them. This feature facilitates communication and allows you to respond quickly to customer needs.

Winning quotes are now displayed in a finalised state and automatically generate a purchase order. This purchase order is listed for you in the sales board. Here you have the option of accepting or rejecting the purchase order and transferring it to centralised Procurement in the ITscope platform. This seamless integration into your sales board and the central purchasing platform optimises your process chain and ensures smooth processing of your incoming orders, including transparency for you and your end customers.
