From now on, you can experience ITscope B2B Suite and XaaS portals with a new interface: as a portal operator, you can activate the new storefront for selected portals and test it side-by-side with your current storefront. This gives you the opportunity to get to know the new ITscope storefront and to present it directly to your customers as a first teaser.
The new storefront offers you a wide range of advantages, such as
- modern, responsive design for mobile applications such as tablets or smartphones
- a completely new procurement experience
- functional scope for buying already implemented
- versatile individualisation options
With this new storefront, we are ushering in Generation 2.0 of ITscope portals: by providing a completely new procurement experience, you can inspire your customers with a state-of-the-art eCommerce interface and motivate them to keep using it for the long term.
The new storefront can be tested immediately, and already offers the following range of functions for your portals: customers can register, log in, search for products, add products to the shopping cart and, of course, order. Nothing changes for you as an operator in terms of the procurement workflow, this can be carried out as before. In future, this new storefront is set to become the new interface for ITscope portals. Once fully implemented, the storefront will have an API connection that will allow an even greater extent of customisation.
We are currently developing the new storefront specifically as part of our managed services strategy in the XaaS segment, and we intend for this to be the first area of application for the new storefront.
