Release Notes

3.3.2023 | Platform Release Notes for Update 2023.05 - 2023.09

The B2B Suite's inquiry and quotation function has been enhanced with additional functionalities.

Procurement

  • As a customer, I will receive associated tracking links for package shipping per order line item, if provided by the supplier.
  • In case of erroneous orders, the explicit reason for the error should be shown in the corresponding email from now on. Until now, only general error codes were transmitted here.
  • The end customer order reference will be, if available, displayed in the order overview.
  • For the going live of the new order conditions, the wording was adapted and added in many areas. In addition, previous settings from E-Services were transferred to the new ordering conditions, provided that the customer has not yet created his own ordering conditions using the test lab feature. If settings have been transferred incorrectly, this can be corrected on the supplier's company page under the item My order conditions. Furthermore, it has been ensured that the shopping cart optimization correctly includes all defined absolute costs in the calculation.
  • The feature for configuring order conditions for distributors has left the test lab.
  • An order can be noted as otherwise completed directly from a shopping cart.
  • Absolute additional costs that have been set under My order conditions either by the supplier or by the customer are now taken into account in the shopping cart optimization.

Digital Sales

  • As a portal user, I can reject an offer and enter a reason for rejection. As a portal operator I receive an email notification with the rejection reason.
  • The loading of the portal overview has been accelerated.
  • The test lab feature "Offers for B2B portals" has been removed from the test lab of the ITscope platform. A separate test lab for B2B Suite portal operators has been created in the portal management at customer level.
  • We fixed an error in the Product Designer where some products from the Product Designer were not created correctly.
  • The order tracking view of the B2B portals has been extended by order date and order number.
  • As a portal user, I can find orders by searching for order number or order description, as well as products within the orders.
  • The links to data sheets and order documents no longer contain the itscope.com domain, but the unique shop domain.
  • As a portal user I can archive requests and offers in my personal procurement portal.
  • Ordering quotes via the B2B Suite is now also possible from eProcurement systems using PunchOut.
  • When sending a request from the portal, the portal operator receives an email notification with a link to the generated offer in draft status.
  • As a portal user, an improved address selection is available to me in the checkout. I can see which addresses have been created by me and whether there are any restrictions on the selection of addresses.
  • The accessory products in the portal are now displayed in a list view.
  • The French language is now available for the portals 🇫🇷 .
